 Yeah just a couple of bolts but i think trucks are a good idea. I'm worried that the back board will snap because it is rigid.

 Built it in easter and it hasnt snowed down south since! Really want it to snow so i can try it out. the steel brackets make it very heavy though so i suggest you use something lighter

 No way I could weld like that! I got my friend who is a mechanic to do it and he can weld REALLY well. He did the small welds at the back as well.

I did everything else though Smile

 For those complaining about England having no chairlifts, you're right but at the forest of dean there is a bus with a HUGE bike trailer that takes you to the top. Otherwise its a 30 min push back up.
